(House building industry)
Intruder alarms. Unusually for a NACOSS approved company we specialize as a subcontractor to the house building industry. No matter how large or small the development, we are able to advise, specify and price for every scheme in the house builders product range. This includes apartments.

Gate Automation. If automatic gates are required on any of your developments, we would welcome the opportunity to quote. We supply automatic gate installations to a number of our house-building customers.

Gates. Although we do not manufacture gates we work closely with a local gate manufacturing company who can supply gates to your design. The gate manufacturer and our installers work as a team to ensure a reliable and attractive installation.

Access Systems. As you might expect from an installer of gate automation we also install access systems. The application is usually for apartment blocks. Our product range includes door and gate entry systems, proximity readers, card swipe readers and coded keypads. Often an apartment complex with car parking facilities will include a combination of these systems.

Garage Door Operators. We supply and install automatic garage door operators for every style of garage door - reliable units at a competetive price.

Home/Office cabling system. More and more of us are working from home and this trend will only grow. Computers are now commonplace in the home for both work and leisure. The Home/office cabling system is essential to integrate the technical components and maximize working efficiency. The components of the home cabling system are: -

(1) Telephone cabling. To take full advantage of modern technology and utilize the high-speed digital transmission systems now available home telephone cabling must be upgraded. The standard wiring and plug-in socket is no longer adequate.

(2) Data cabling. Many homes have more than one computer installed. Perhaps they are for professional use or perhaps the children have benefited from an upgrade. Either way, they will need to be networked to allow access to peripherals such as printers, scanners, disk drives etc

(3) TV Entertainment. We can install a flexible aerial installation that not only allows all five terrestrial channels to be viewed on any TV in the home but in addition any TV can switch into the cable/satellite decoder or the VCR.

(4) Audio Entertainment. Ceiling mounted hi-fi speakers can be installed allowing the occupants to listen to their music centre or favourite radio station in any pre-chosen room in the house. The sound levels can be adjusted from a volume control in each room.
